A noble cultivar from the island of Espiritu Santo, Vanuatu, Palarasul is one of the rarer traditional varieties, cultivated primarily in the mountainous regions of its home island. This particular cultivar is characterized by its distinctive yellow-green foliage and produces a light cream to golden hued powder.
When prepared with water, Palarasul creates a smooth, light-colored solution with an uplifting, pleasant aroma combining notes of fresh nuts and tropical grasses.
